2012 Open House Vendor Registration
All vendors need to fill out and submit this Vendor Registration form
before June 4th.
Although we are not asking vendors for an entrance fee, we would like vendors who want space to donate some of their products to our show for door prize giveaways. We also do not want vendors to sell items we already sell in our show room. It is a conflict of interest. We will contact you shortly after receiving your registration.
