2nd Annual SMG Spagetti Dinner
February 10th, 2002
6th, 7th & 8th grade SMG students take last minute instructions
for serving and bussing tables before the diner's arrive. The crew would
serve over 500 meals consisting of spagetti, meatballs, Italian bread and
rolls, Salad, beverages, coffee and desert.
Volunteers worked all day preparing enough spagetti, meatballs
and sauce for over 600 meals.
Around 5:00pm the crowd is about at its peak. The waiters, waitress's
and bus boys are staying busy.
One of two service lines where dinners were dispensed to the
waiter's and waitress's. Note the fifth woman helper in this line to make
up for Father Hennessy's lack of kitchen expertise.
The event was an overwhelming success and a great time for all
who participated.
